This poster was presented at SLAS2021. We demonstrated the use of the Pu·MA System 3D for assays using patient-derived organoids to efficiently:
- treat the organoids with chemotherapeutic drugs
- high content imaging of organoids to study phenotypic response
- followed by live/dead analysis
