This poster was presented at SLAS2026 International Conference and Exhibition and shows how we use human iPSC‑derived neural organoids to model traumatic brain injury in an ex vivo system. In this poster, you’ll see how:
- Brain organoids grown with the CellXpress.ai® Automated Cell Culture System (Molecular Devices) are exposed to controlled pressure pulses in the Pu·MA System
- Neural activity and viability are measured using high-throughput screening and high‑content fluorescence imaging
- Simulated TBI disrupts synchronous calcium oscillations and reduces organoid viability, and how certain treatments can help restore network activity.
