Biomarker Detection in 3D Cell Models using Pu·MA System Automated Immunofluorescence Staining

This poster was presented at SLAS2022. In collaboration with Matt Burow’s group at Tulane University, Mahomi Suzuki and her team at Yokogawa Corp and the using VitroGel from TheWell Biosciences we have demonstrated the use of the Pu·MA System 3D for assays to efficiently perform:

• automated IF staining 
• automated assays using Matrigel and VitroGel
• high content imaging of spheroids within the flowchips after the assay
